Fam Nikijuluw mengambil alih jabatan raja atau kepala negeri dari tangan fam Pattipeilohy ditahun 1670 dikarenakan sebuah masalah yaitu perjanjian damai Ullath dengan VOC. - Fam Nikijuluw berkuasa sejak orang Ullath turun ke Nual atau negeri baru di pantai dan meninggalkan negeri lama di gunung, maka itu fam Nikijuluw ini dijuluki sebagai Nikisina yang berarti raja di pantai, Niki berarti pantai atau laut, Sina berarti raja. Pejabat raja Ullath saat ini adalah raja Jhony Nikijuluw - Sebelum pemangku jabatan raja negeri Ullath diserahkan pada fam Nikijuluw(Latu Nekaulu), keturunan langsung moyang Ullath Abdullah Nekaulu maka pemangku jabatan raja negeri Ullath ialah fam Pattipeilohy. Fam Pattipeilohy telah berkuasa sebagai raja empat negeri lama Amahani, Amelhatu, Italili dan Soupake sejak beratus-ratus tahun lamanya sampai dengan tahun 1670. Kekecewaan besar dari fam ini terhadap hasil perjanjian damai VOC-Ullath menyebabkan mereka tidak mau lagi memangku jabatan raja di negeri baru sehingga dicarilah fam yang paling tepat sebagai pemangku jabatan raja. Setelah itu, saniri negeri memutuskan bahwa fam Nikijuluw-lah yang paling pantas mendapatkan jabatan tersebut dikarenakan faktor-faktor, sbb:

1. Nikijuluw adalah fam yang merupakan keturunan langsung dari moyang Ullath Abdullah Nekaulu

2. Nikijuluw adalah fam yang sangat dekat persaudaraannya dengan fam Pattipeilohy

3. Nikijuluw adalah menantu dan besan pihak fam Pattipeilohy

Pattipeilohy sendiri berarti raja Beilohy atau raja Ullath. Patti berarti Patih atau raja, Beilohy berarti Ullath. Ø Informasi di Atlas Maluku tidak sepenuhnya benar. Di Atlas Maluku menyatakan bahwa Paperu pela dengan Tiouw. Ini salah. Dewan Paperu telah mengirim email ke Maluku Atlas

Ø Information on Atlas Maluku is not entirely true. In Atlas Maluku states that Paperu a pela is with Tiouw. This is wrong. Dewan Paperu has sent an email to the Moluccas Atlas

Ø In Atlas Maluku staat vermeld dat Paperu pela is met Tiouw. Dit is fout. Het bestuur van Dewan Paperu heeft al een mail gestuurd naar Atlas Maluku
